Undertaking letter that the pet will indemnify the medical expenses incurred by the person whom the pet has bitten and for any financial loss caused to any person or property by the pet.

Detail of fine for violation

  • In case of any nusiance committed by any pet in public or common places and the owner not removing the waste, a fine of Rs.1000 will be imposed
  • If the pet is found in common places unleased, a fine of Rs.1000 will be imposed.
  • Non registration of pets with above documents will lead to a fine of Rs.5000
